Staging a variety of performances throughout the year from Dance Schools to Comedians, there is always another show just around the corner with big names such as Gary Barlow, Lulu, and Sarah Millican gracing the stage in recent years. Hours: 8 per week on a rota basis, to include weekends and evenings Your Contributions: As a Box Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment for them. In this role, you will assist customers with booking and ticketing services, as well as providing general information on the Brindley’s activities and any other queries they may have. Charity Shop Volunteer &nbsp; Be there when it matters as a Sue Ryder Volunteer &nbsp; As a Sue Ryder Volunteer in one of our charity shops, you will be one of the store’s friendly faces, helping us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds for our Palliative and Bereavement services.
The role: Our Sue Ryder shop volunteer roles are filled with variety and can cover many aspects of the role of a shop volunteer including:
• &nbsp; &nbsp;Donations and Gift Aid – meet donors, receive donations, sign donors up to Gift Aid • &nbsp; &nbsp;Sorting, labelling, pricing of stock • &nbsp; &nbsp;Greeting and helping customers • &nbsp; &nbsp;Serving customers on the till (training provided) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintaining shop displays, re-stocking, • &nbsp; &nbsp;Light cleaning/tidying duties to keep the shop inviting and well presented
