Our Team:
Madeline McKenna is a residential care home in Widnes. The home is a 23 bedded care home looking after residents with staff on duty 24 hours a day 365 days per year.
We are looking for a hard working, compassionate individual who is looking to care for elderly residents and is willing to support them and respect them at all times. We require a good team member who will positively develop and maintain effective working relationship’s this will include staff members, service users and professionals you will liaise with.
We recognise that it takes an individual with inspirational passion and a kind nature to make a difference to the lives of others and our Care Homes will give you the opportunity to get to know the residents and their families and help ensure that truly personalised care is delivered.
Hours: 20 hours per week working on a 3 week rolling rota. Shifts include 08:00 - 13:00 and 17:00 - 22:00 and will include weekend working.
Your Contributions:
- Previous Experience in providing person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Skilled in maintaining verbal and written records and effectively communicating with service users and colleagues.
- Proficient in spoken English with the flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Strong team player committed to collaborative work within a care setting.
