As a valued member of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering personalised, meaningful activities for adults with learning disabilities. Your work will be guided by individual support plans, with the overarching aim of enhancing each person’s:
•Health and wellbeing
•Employability and life skills
•Social inclusion and community engagement
•Independence and confidence
You will also provide respectful and dignified support with personal care, tailored to each individual’s needs.
