Prosecuting breaches of environmental protection, nuisance and public health legislation including investigating, gathering evidence, case file preparation and giving evidence in court.About you You will have excellent communication skills and experience of working with partner organisations to develop strong links with internal colleagues and external partners.Be able to demonstrate specialist knowledge of a subject relevant to the role, such as contaminated land or noise controlYou will have a full driving license and use of a vehicle to undertake the duties of the post.You will fully understand the role in the context of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.You will be able to use noise and other monitoring equipment to gather data and be able to analyse and interpret resultsAbout us At West Northants Council, it’s about our people.
