Your day-to-day duties will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the full recovery process, including post-liability order actions</li>\n<li>Processing and monitoring enforcement steps such as bailiff referrals, insolvency cases, and charging orders</li>\n<li>Representing and supporting the Council at court, including liability order hearings and penalty notice applications</li>\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with external partners such as enforcement agents, solicitors, insolvency practitioners, and credit agencies</li>\n<li>Handling communications with the public professionally and empathetically, both over the phone and in person</li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with the Council’s recovery policies and customer care standards</li>\n<li>Supporting wider Revenues team activities as required</li>\n<li>Performing other duties appropriate to the role at the direction of the management team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of professionalism and customer service.
