You'll be part of a team delivering intensive, person-centred support that helps them build resilience, learn life skills, and take steps toward independent living. What You'll Be Doing<ul> <li>Managing a small caseload of young people, meeting regularly to review progress and goals </li> <li>Developing support plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs </li> <li>Supporting with housing applications, budgeting, benefits, and life skills </li> <li>Signposting to mental health, substance misuse, and safeguarding services </li> <li>Building trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries </li> <li>Ensuring accurate record-keeping using Microsoft Office and case management systems </li>\n</ul>Who We're Looking For We're looking for passionate, reliable, and empathetic individuals with:<ul> <li>\nExperience supporting young people aged 19-25 in supported housing, education, youth work or care </li> <li>\nUnderstanding of homelessness and housing legislation </li> <li>\nExperience in support planning and risk assessment </li> <li>\nConfidence signposting to specialist services (e.g., mental health, substance misuse, exploitation) </li> <li>\nExcellent communication and IT skills, with strong attention to detail </li> <li>A flexible approach to shift work, including weekends and bank holidays (non-negotiable requirement) </li> <li>A trauma-informed and safeguarding-focused approach to care </li>\n</ul>Important: Your personal statement must clearly confirm:<ul> <li>That you are able to work 37.5 hours per week </li> <li>That you can work on a shift rota covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays </li>\n</ul>Only candidates who meet the essential criteria and confirm availability will be shortlisted for an initial screening interview.
