You will play a key role in creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be confident in using <strong>Information Learning Technology (ILT)</strong> to enhance teaching and learning, with a sound knowledge of <strong>quality assurance processes</strong> and the learner journey. An understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion within adult and community learning is essential, alongside expertise in a specialist curriculum area. You will also demonstrate knowledge of embedding <strong>English, maths, and digital skills</strong> into learning programmes, as well as a strong commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing.</p><p>To be successful in this role, you will hold (or be working towards) a <strong>minimum Level 4 teaching qualification</strong>, alongside a <strong>Level 3 or higher qualification</strong> in your area of specialism. You will also hold (or be willing to achieve) a <strong>Level 2 qualification in English and maths</strong>.
