We are looking for someone to join us who really wants to make a difference to young people’s lives.\n \nTo provide and maintain an environment where students may learn, and teachers teach most effectively, and all are treated with respect. With responsibility for enhancing and coordinating provision for welfare, guidance and behaviour management including tracking pupil attendance and progress and helping to remove barriers to learning for a specific year group.
