The candidate must have QTS. The right candidate will need to be able to enthuse the children in their learning, adapting their teaching to meet individual children’s needs, whilst retaining ambitious expectations of their achievement. They should also demonstrate the ability to apply their own initiative, be organised and manage time effectively.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, hardworking team, who work well together within a strong Christian ethos.</p>\n<p>Visits to the school are recommended.
