Causeway is a 4-day week employer, so you will work 32 hours over 4 days a week. Causeway is a London living wage employer. You will receive a 6% pension contribution, rising to 12% after two years’ service. We provide core training, and continuous learning and development throughout your career with us. Travel schemes such as cycle to work and travelcard loans are also available.\nThe Role\nTo provide a high-quality housing management service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery, by being a primary point of contact for tenants. Manage a patch of approximately 100 units. Engage with tenants to provide a responsive efficient housing management service that is consistently excellent for all tenancies.
