The successful candidate will be responsible for working 7.5 hours a week with children across all year groups, ensuring the smooth running of lunchtime activities.\nOur very popular, voluntary aided school is set in an attractive village on the outskirts of Chester and within the Eaton Estate. It has strong links with parents/carers, governors, the local church and community, which influence our pupils’ learning and development.\nWe are seeking a warm and approachable individual with a keen understanding of supporting children with additional needs. As a Midday Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive environment during lunchtimes, promoting the well-being and safety of all students.\nThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both students and staff. Previous experience working in a school setting or with children would be advantageous.
