Your background will reflect strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering complex schemes from start to finish.<br> <br>Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You'll be comfortable handling enquiries and complaints from the public with sensitivity and professionalism, while also being able to consult, advise, and negotiate effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. Whether it's presenting to diverse audiences or compiling detailed written reports, you'll have the ability to clearly explain complex technical information in a way that's accessible and engaging.<br> <br>You should be confident using a range of digital tools including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets, and ideally have experience with specialist traffic and road safety applications to produce reports and graphical data.
