Engineering Manager - Lead Meaningful Projects in a Beautiful Borough
Salary: £48,273 – £51,027 + essential car user allowance (£1,239 per annum)
Location: Kings Hill, West Malling (with flexible/hybrid working options)
Contract: Permanent | Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the Role
<ul>
<li>This is an exciting opportunity to lead a varied and impactful portfolio of engineering projects across the borough. You’ll be responsible for:</li>
<li>Managing the Engineering team and associated budgets</li>
<li>Leading projects relating to car parking, drainage, land management, and more</li>
<li>Advising on flood risk and working closely with the Environment Agency and Kent County Council</li>
<li>Overseeing winter maintenance, bridge inspections, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure</li>
</ul>
You’ll work from our Kings Hill offices, with the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to get out and about across the borough.
