We are looking for a Caretaker to join our school opening in September 2025.</p>\n<p><strong>About the role: </strong></p>\n<p>As our School Caretaker, you will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and general upkeep of the premises, including minor repairs, groundskeeping, and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the school. This will involve split shifts. You will need to have a full clean driving licence as attending to call outs outside of normal working hours will be a requirement of this role. </p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a reliable, proactive and dedicated Caretaker to join Primary Academy. The ideal candidate will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full clean driving licence.</li>\n<li>Have a warm, personable and professional manner with an excellent work ethic.</li>\n<li>Excellent practical skills.</li>\n<li>A good understanding of health and safety practices.</li>\n<li>A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.</li>\n<li>Experience of working with machinery and tools.</li>\n<li>Physical fitness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Park Primary Academy: </strong></p>\n<p>Park Primary Academy is a small mixed community school which is based in Rainham within the London Borough of Havering. We are fortunate to be housed in a fabulous modern building which boasts large class rooms that provide a clean and spacious environment for our children to learn in. We pride ourselves on providing a caring and friendly atmosphere associated with smaller schools.
