About the Role: As the first point of contact for anyone entering the building, your welcoming presence will set the tone for visitors, colleagues, contractors, and residents alike. You’ll ensure the building is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently, while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: <ul>
<li>Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and approachable manner</li> <li>Carry out building inspections and fire warden duties</li> <li>Provide general administrative support</li> <li>Use and learn bespoke IT systems, including the ID card system</li> <li>Respond to queries and resolve issues at the first point of contact</li> <li>Support internal colleagues and building tenants</li> <li>Maintain security and safety within the building</li> <li>Learn how to manage the car park and the administrative processes behind this</li> </ul> About You: <ul>
