Passionate and motivated to provide professional and subject matter expertise to senior managers, all adult social care and therapists through challenge and leadership to drive forward new ways of working and ensure that service users have access to a high quality service</p>\n<p>You are a professional able to provide leadership, advice and guidance to therapists in order to successfully implement changes brought into the service by the Care Act; through supervisory guidance and instruction to individuals to help them achieve their potential and contribute to their professional development and practice.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong>You are keen to act as a ‘role model’ to influence cultural change through the service to promote a strong ethos and drive to deliver high standards of professional occupational therapy practice.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong>The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
