<p>You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, customer-focused housing service to FHDC tenants living in Independent Living (sheltered housing) schemes.&nbsp;<br>The Independent Living Team delivers intensive housing management to older and vulnerable tenants so that they can sustain their tenancies and live in a safe environment. <p><strong>About You</strong><br>You will need to be qualified and experienced in dealing with environmental health or housing matters and have a sound working knowledge of the relevant Housing legislation regarding harassment, illegal eviction and landlord/tenant disputes.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will need experience of directly intervening and successfully supporting tenants suffering from harassment &amp; illegal eviction and detailed knowledge and application of landlord &amp; tenant law. Relevant experience and qualifications in investigatory practice, preparing prosecution files and attending court/tribunals would be an advantage.&nbsp;</p>

<h4>About the role</h4><h4>Role Summary</h4><p>The Housing Support Worker is responsible for the delivery of the Wellbeing Service (24-hour emergency response service) during their contracted hours and the evening events and activities programme.
