We have an opportunity for Social Workers to join our adult teams.&nbsp; Your role will be to hold a varied case load from a range of different client groups, aged 14+, with a range of differing needs i.e. Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Safeguarding.&nbsp; You will carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, utilising creativity to enable the individual to be supported in their own home or other settings.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We are looking for people with enthusiasm and passion for social work.&nbsp; In return we can offer you the opportunity to genuinely make a difference to some of the most vulnerable people in our community.&nbsp;
Focus offers all staff a robust on-boarding process, a very well established and well regarded ASYE scheme and a variety of continuing professional development opportunities.&nbsp; You will receive individual supervision, mentorship from colleagues and full support from the wider team.&nbsp;
To apply for the role, you must be registered as a Social Worker with Social Work England or a newly qualified Social Worker awaiting Social Work England registration within the next 4 months.&nbsp;Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship to those who may require it.

Social Work Practitioner (ASYE) - £28,701
Social Work Practitioner - £32,682 - £34,338
Senior Social Work Practitioner - £35,038 - £42,495
