  • Maintain excellent communication with operational teams, customers and contractors throughout the repair journey
  • Reschedule appointments when required, ensuring customers are informed promptly and alternative arrangements are agreed
  • Support the management and resolution of complaints, disputes and recalls in a proactive and professional manner
  • Ensure emergency repairs are attended within service level targets, including a four-hour response window when required
  • Assist with cross-training and knowledge sharing to provide effective cover and support across the wider team
  • Promote safe working practices and contribute to a positive, customer-focused working environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating the day-to-day activities of operational teams, contractors or field-based staff

  • Good geographical knowledge and an understanding of efficient workforce deployment
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
  • A positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or comparable experience
  • Experience within repairs, maintenance, housing or construction scheduling environments would be highly advantageous

Who you are
