Key responsibilities:

<li>To work in accordance with the Care Act 2014 to assess, review or reassess complex needs of customers and their carers, offering advice and guidance and access to support services in line with their eligible needs, with an emphasis on health, safety, and wellbeing for vulnerable individuals and those that care for them.</li>

This involves providing careers, information, advice, and guidance to support them in making positive decisions about their futures; maintenance of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for those aged 16+ in further education and support to find paid employment or other positive activities.The ‘My Future’ Programme is being delivered in all four of the Hertfordshire Colleges and has been designed to support young people with EHCPs to transition out of college into a positive destination or opportunity.We are currently looking to recruit a full time ‘My Future’ Coach, to work with the colleges in the South &amp; West of the county. Our ideal candidate will be a natural motivator with strong communication skills, alongside having experience of not only delivering customer service excellence to visitors, but driving CSE as a key pillar of service.
Health and Safety knowledge for this role is key, as this role will manage all Health and Safety-specific areas for Front of House delivery, including the creation and review of Risk Assessments, venue policies, Martyn’s Law compliance and ensuring the venue’s Premises License is adhered to in full.
The role will be responsible for a team of permanent staff alongside a larger pool of casual staff that support show/event delivery. You will ensure income-generating projects are maximised within your team to ensure key commercial incomes targets are surpassed.
Attention to detail is a must, driving high standards across all areas of presentation and service within your team and department, together with being able to develop strong relationships with other departments. Providing duty management cover as part of a rota is also essential.
This role is offered on a permanent 37 hour per week/full time basis.
