We are a highly motivated and high achieving team and we are looking for 1 additional Tenancy Audit Officer with Housing Management experience to complete our busy team. Identify and address any resource gaps and allocate resources effectively to meet service delivery targets.

As an Independent Living Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a City Council Independent Living scheme, for this role the scheme is on the Vale estate- Morley/Price Close and Shakespeare Road are CAT1 schemes, which consists of 70 bungalows, communal lounge and gardens.
You will be the key point of contact for tenants providing support and guidance on a wide range of housing and health/social related concerns both from the office on site and in tenants homes. Your role will also include offering advice and guidance, acting in the best interests of Lancaster City Council and ensuring our tenants feel heard, valued, and supported throughout the process.
You must be capable of demonstrating a sincere commitment to the support of older adults, possess exceptional organisational skills, be customer focused and have good social skills.
The Independent Living team is a large, dispersed team, when required, you will be expected to provide cover for any of our other Lancaster City Council independent living schemes within the area.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to always delivering outstanding customer service, a high level of attention to detail, excellent record keeping and proven ability to manage workload whist being a lone worker and work well in a dispersed team.
You must have a calm, patient disposition with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently in an emergency situation, whilst under pressure.
An understanding of community care and the ability to deal with any situation, as and when it arises, in an efficient and effective way, is essential.

Housing Standards Officer or Senior Housing Standards Officer
Salary £35,081 to £52,595 p.a. (dependent on experience) plus essential car user allowance and flexible working
Full-time (36 hours flexible)
We are looking for two officers to join our busy but friendly and supportive Environmental Health team. You will work in the Residential team and you will be responsible for the licensing of houses in multiple occupation as well as undertaking programmed and reactive inspections including compliance visits to rented properties in addition to the investigation of complaints about housing conditions.
You will be enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You must be an excellent communicator and team player with sound time management skills and be confident in dealing with members of the public.&nbsp; You must be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
