The current post holder has been seconded into a new role. As part of the Housing Income and Leaseholder Management team, you will provide income recovery services, focussing on arrears prevention and low-level arrears management, which contribute to the wider income management team objective of minimising arrears and maximising tenancy sustainment. You will be comfortable working with numbers, have good communication skills, and take a problem-solving approach to your work.
