Make a difference in Lancaster & Morecambe

An opportunity has arisen for the role of Responsive Repairs Manager within the Repairs and Maintenance Service (RMS) based at the White Lund Depot, Morecambe.

Following a restructure of the repairs and maintenance service this exciting role will support our improvement journey to provide our tenants, leaseholders and stakeholders with a 1st class repairs and maintenance service.

You will be working with our tenant groups/representatives and being used to scrutiny to improve overall service delivery.
