<li>In this rewarding role as a Resettlement and Move-On Officer, you will work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, guiding them through their resettlement journey from temporary accommodation to help them secure long-term accommodation to ensure that homelessness is brief and non-recurring</li>
<li>You’ll play a key role as a Resettlement and Move-On Officer in delivering on personalised housing plans, managing temporary accommodation placements, and supporting tenancy sustainment</li>
