About the role
This role has a starting salary of £29,420 per annum (Including 15% shift allowance), based on a 37-hour week rising up to £35,675 per annum. Enhanced rates of pay are available for overtime, weekend work and sleep-ins.
The role requires staff to work on a shift pattern rota, which will include a combination of early (7am-3pm) and late (2pm-10pm) shifts, long days (7am-10pm), sleep-ins, alternate weekend working and religious celebration days. The home will be closed on bank holidays unless service needs require us to be open. This shift-based role involves personal care/manual handling, domestic duties including preparation of meals and cleaning, medication administration, key working, report writing and accompanying the children on activities and appointments. Pinecroft invests heavily in the continued professional development of its staff, once you have completed your probation, we will offer the opportunity to gain the nationally recognised Level 4 children and young peoples and family’s practitioner residential pathway qualification.

We are looking for a person to support the administration of the Building Repairs Service and support the Head of Building Repairs. Candidates must be enthusiastic, good communicators and have excellent attention to detail, being able to manage multiple demands and workstreams arising from the service. What is the role? Sitting within the Housing, Neighbourhoods and Building Services directorate, you will be directly reporting to and supporting the Head of Building Repairs by; Supporting the administration and governance of the Building Repairs Service. The service comprises undertaking response repairs across our varied 17,000 housing stock and 900 corporate buildings to maintain and improve our properties. The range of duties undertaken in the role will be varied and ensure the running of an efficient and effective service. Tasks may include but are not limited to; •	Arranging and providing administrative support in contractor meetings including the production of agendas, meeting minutes, risk registers and management of action logs. •	Uploading and monitoring information on our IT systems, for example ensuring the repairs and stock database is updated. •	Supporting with financial and performance measures across the service. •	Supporting with general administrative duties, including sending letters, raising orders, assisting with organising recruitment, managing calendars &amp; emails of senior staff, etc. Skills: The ideal candidate is someone who will: 1. You will support the Service Manager in leading a service which provides a recovery focused service to adults with long term mental health challenges. Basic Job Purpose:

The post requires an experienced professional with a background in regulation and compliance, with knowledge of a range of Local Authority Licensing functions, including Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act, Taxi and Private Hire Licensing, Pavement Licensing, Scrap Metal and other Miscellaneous Licences and Registrations.
The post-holder will work under the direction of the Senior Licensing Officer, with responsibility for delivery of a personal case load, including responding to service requests and enquiries, inspection of licensed premises, regulation of the local licensed trade and complaint investigation. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team, organise and manage own workload and complete priorities effectively.
This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. However due to the nature of the role, evening and weekend work will be required in line with business needs.&nbsp;
This post is based at Lancaster Town Hall, with the option of hybrid working available dependant on the needs of the service. We would be happy to accept applications for part time hours.&nbsp;
A full current driving licence is essential, you will be required to sign up to the authorised external DVLA driving licence validation organisation that we use to manage and monitor our employees’ driving licence data.
