The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in the relevant area and will be used to carrying a heavy caseload, working with minimum supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to deal with people at all levels. You will have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and will have a strong understanding of the relevant area(s) of law. Local authority experience is desirable but not essential, provided you have good experience in the right areas of work. Litigator roles will require advocacy experience.

Enfield Legal Services are recruiting a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer, this is a fantastic opportunity for talented and ambitious professionals to join a friendly, committed and highly regarded in-house legal team to help deliver quality legal advice, as well as making a real contribution to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough. 
 
Specialising in general civil litigation including Landlord and Tenant, employment, licensing, commercial litigation, judicial review, injunctions, ASB, possessions, tenancy fraud, we are looking for individuals who are real team players who are self-motivated and flexible. 
 
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in the relevant area and will be used to carrying a heavy caseload, working with minimum supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to deal with people at all levels. You will have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and will have a strong understanding of the relevant area(s) of law. Local authority experience is desirable but not essential, provided you have good experience in the right areas of work. Litigator roles will require advocacy experience.

Senior Information Rights Officer £45,750 - £49,056 per annum About Us London Borough of Newham is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Information Rights Team as a Senior Information Rights Officer on a permanent contract. The Information Rights Team work within the Information Assurance function that is part of the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Service in LB Newham. This post will be on LB Newham Terms and Conditions and based at Dockside, Newham with a degree of flexible working. Travel between other offices may be required. About the Job This role involves processing all information rights requests therefore substantial knowledge of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (relating to information rights), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 is essential. This is a key role in the delivery of Data Subject Access Requests (SARs), Freedom of Information (FOI’s), Environmental Information (EIR’s), Disclosure Requests and other individual information rights requests within statutory timescales on behalf of the Council.
