The post-holder will develop Teaching, Learning and Assessment improvement strategies in pursuit of an outstanding student experience. We have around 1,000 dedicated, skilled and enthusiastic staff who always put the needs of our students first and we are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our cohort of dedicated staff.</p>\n<p><strong>About the role </strong></p>\n<p>The Customer Service Assistant is a hands-on role supporting UCG’s front line Learner Services Team for the College ensuring the highest levels of customer support and information to the public, our potential students and customers, our partners and staff.
