We are hiring for a Teaching Assistant

In this permanent role, you will provide critical support to primary age pupils facing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, helping them build self-esteem and overcome barriers to learning,

The Details:

• Salary: From £21,646 per annum actual (£25,172 FTE)
• Hours: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks (Term time only)
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Midfield Campus, Orpington

What we are looking for:

• Good level of education to Level 2 or equivalent (including English & Maths)
• Experience offering support, guidance, and information to a diverse group
• Patience, tact, sensitivity, and a good sense of humour
• Readiness to use restorative practices and undertake positive handling training
