To be successful in the role you will need:

You will work as part of a small team, often at weekends and short notice and bring a sensitive, people-centred focus to the role. Commitment to excellent customer care and oral, written, and organisational skills will be key.
Hours of work are variable, dependent on ceremony bookings and are likely to be more frequent over the summer period.

We are looking for an Integrated Support Workers to join our Community Care Service, supporting the coordination of care and support for people receiving services from Micare, with a particular focus on those receiving support from multiple Health and Social care services, such as those at the end of their life.
About the role…

<li>Acting as a single point of contact for the person receiving services, removing duplication and ensuring the person only tells their story once.</li>
<li>Liaising with a multi-disciplinary team across Health and Social care services to bring together a range of support to one place.</li>
<li>Support the coordinators with implementing care and support across all pathways to include Crisis Response, Reablement, D2A, C2A, safety net and complex care. This will also include first visits assessments, which means you will be required to be available during your working hours to go out into the community at short notice.</li>
<li>Cover calls for Micare if there is a need and attend meetings both face to face and virtually when required.</li>

About you…

Charity Retail eBay Volunteer &nbsp; Be there when it matters as a Sue Ryder Volunteer
As a Retail eBay Volunteer in one of our Sue Ryder charity shops, you will identify and research a range of products that have been donated ready to be listed on the Sue Ryder eBay page to maximise revenue.
This role requires a keen eye for items that can make more online than in the shop. In this role you will be one of the store’s friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds for our charity work.
The Role: • Researching and value items • Photograph items to sell • Preparing items for dispatch to the ebay hub • Sorting, labelling, pricing of stock • Write descriptions for item listings • Greeting and helping customers • Light cleaning/tidying duties to keep the shop inviting and well presented
 About you: • Enjoy helping and engaging with customers • Competent with IT &amp; a good level of literacy • Ability to work as part of a team • Reliable • Have similar experience using eBay or equivalent Ecommerce platforms. &nbsp; Working as a volunteer at one of our Sue Ryder shops is not only a rewarding way to learn new and transferable skills but also a fantastic chance to make new friends and become part of your local community. Plus, you will receive a volunteer discount on donated goods.
We are happy to discuss arranging one of our friendly taster sessions so that you may meet the team and see the shop.&nbsp; &nbsp; Please note - we do have a minimum age requirement in our shops of 18.&nbsp;
