Our team works with young people aged 16-25 and also collaborates with social workers who support most 16-18-year-old children in care to help plan transitions into adulthood.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Leaving Care legislation, good practice, and guidance, as well as Children in Care legislation. A passion for what it is to be a corporate parent and supporting care-experienced young people is vital for this role.</p>\n<p>For the second Team Manager role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 16 Plus Social Workers and USAC Social Workers.
