Another key element of this role is to developing a menu of exciting opportunities with the voluntary, community and faith sector here in Newham. This means you’ll be involved in everything from developing appropriate processes, to designing and delivering training workshops and providing support and mentoring to residents. </p> <p>A strong candidate will have experience when it comes to recruiting and managing volunteers, we’re looking for someone with great communication skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
