The Governors of St. Jerome’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil (Year 4) with Special Educational Needs. The pupil needs support with communication and language, cognition and learning and additionally expressing and managing anxiety caused by sensory processing differences, social interactions and new situations.
The role would involve 1 to 1 support within the class under the guidance and direction of the class teacher.
The post is 30 hours per week, to start as soon as possible.

About the Role:
School Readiness Workers are an integral part of the Children's Centre core offer across Wirral &amp; this post will primarily be based at Bromborough Family Hub covering both the South &amp; West localities.&nbsp;
School Readiness Workers deliver universal support to families with children under the age of 5 years, such as Stay and Play sessions, as well as more targeted interventions such as Baby Massage and speech and language development activities, all with the aim to support parents and carers positively impact their child's development.
The role involves working with parents/carers to support their children's individual needs and provide inclusive support for all, both in the community and in a family's home environment. A key part of the role is to work collaboratively with partners across Wirral such as health, schools, youth and community organisations to ensure that all agencies are collectively supporting the family to meet their child's needs holistically.
Wirral's Family Hubs are accredited as Baby Friendly providers by UNICEF and School Readiness Workers are key to supporting families with responsive infant feeding support.

SITE MAINTENANCE OFFICER – AAAD5005&nbsp;&nbsp; PERMANENT – 15 hrs per week 38 weeks p/a
We are seeking to appoint a Site Maintenance Officer to join our hardworking and committed team.&nbsp; The candidate should possess good communication and organisational ability and a range of practical skills.&nbsp; This post is permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will need a range of skills to ensure the efficient maintenance of our modern (2018) building and its grounds. The role will include maintaining health and safety standards, carrying out minor repairs, some cleaning duties (including maintenance of the roof drainage system – access is via fixed internal ladders), general maintenance (to include basic plumbing, joinery and electrics), decorating, liaising with contractors, ordering supplies and opening the school premises.&nbsp; Supervision of vehicles to ensure safe, approved access when pupils are dropped off in the morning is also part of the role.
Working hours are 15 hours per week from 7:30am until 10:30am, with the possibility of regular paid additional hours.&nbsp; Although this is a term time only position (38 weeks per annum), there is the possibility of paid additional hours during school holidays as and when needed. Working hours 8:30am – 3:30pm

St. Mary and St. Paul’s School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic worker to join our EYFS team.
We are looking for a teaching assistant with level 3 qualifications who is enthusiastic, passionate about children, will be happy to contribute to the broader life of the school and is an excellent practitioner who will help to support and develop our school’s Christian ethos. &nbsp;
