A vacancy has arisen for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support maths in Y5 and Y6.&nbsp; The Priory Parish CE Primary School is a warm and family- orientated one form entry Church of England primary school with enthusiastic, highly motivated, happy children and staff.
We require an enthusiastic, hard-working, self-motivated TA2 with a passion for maths and an in-depth understanding of the KS2 maths curriculum to join our team from 1st September working Monday to Friday 08:30am to 4.00pm.
The role will include:&nbsp; Supporting maths on a 1:1 and group basis, enabling children to improve and succeed. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, eager to make a positive contribution to the aspirational vision for our school.&nbsp; They will be a dynamic and innovative practitioner who is passionate about their area of work and the impact it can have on a young person¿s development and all round education
Closing date Monday 7th July at 12 noon. Interviews will take place during week beginning 14th July.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be a reflective practitioner with relevant experience of working with pupils with complex special educational needs. Applicants should have a secure knowledge of child development and be highly committed to supporting vibrant teaching. They will need to be able to demonstrate that they have the ability to move learning on in all settings. Applicants must be committed to supporting a very diverse pupil population.
The school has provision for pupils in the main Wallasey site and 11 additional classes in our Pensby site and for the purposes of this advert vacancies maybe for either site. Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a team at either site is essential.
