In Shared Lives, a person lives or stays with a Shared Lives carer within the local community. The Shared Lives carer provides the care and support in their own family home and as part of their own family and community network. The person would become part of the carer’s extended family and be supported by the Shared Lives carer to live the life they choose.

Brent shared lives scheme is a CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered service offering the opportunity for vulnerable adults to live in the community.&nbsp; The adult is “matched” with a carer who is recruited, assessed, trained, and supported by scheme officers.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The successful applicant will provide specialist advice, guidance, and supervision to OT Assistants, ensuring high standards of professional practice within the team. The Person

We’re looking for a Night Recovery Worker to join our 24/7 supported accommodation service based in Enfield. You will work in a vibrant care and rehabilitation service, offering 21 beds to adults with complex mental health needs. You will join a team which consists of a Service Manager, Deputy Service Manager, a day team of 10, and a night team of 4. You will be a present member of the team on the night shift, with a minimum of 2 people working per shift. We are here to promote independence and give our residents the tools needed to fulfil their lives in the community independently.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our residents on their journey to recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation, you’ll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. Working closely with various teams, you’ll help provide tailored, person-centred and trauma informed support for residents to overcome personal challenges, and meet their desired goals/outcomes and support medication compliance, making a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities include:&nbsp;

<h3>Key responsibilities...</h3>

<li>Manage and oversee the EHC Needs Assessment and Placement process for young people.</li>
<li>Ensure that each assessment is managed efficiently and within statutory deadlines.</li>
<li>Ensure that children's assessed needs are accurately described in their EHCPs.</li>
<li>Negotiate and secure educational provision and placements for children and young people across Berkshire.</li>
<li>Ensure that all children with EHCPs have their needs reviewed annually and that any agreed amendments to the EHCP and/ or change in provision and placement are made in consultation with parents and all other parties.</li>

There is an office with a communal lounge and kitchen.What You will Do:As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:<ul>
<li>Aid with the daily administration of medication</li>

<li>Organising trips to local amenities</li>
