As a Care Support Worker, you'll provide practical and emotional support, helping people build confidence, stay connected to their communities, and achieve what matters most to them. No two days are the same, but every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Treats people with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Builds positive relationships and works well as part of a team
- Supports people to make choices and live independently
- Holds a full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential)
What You Need to Know
- This is a 24/7 service, so flexibility is essential, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in/overnight shifts.
- A satisfactory DBS check is required.
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We value your attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn above all else.

Salary range
- £20,282.40 per year
