To be successful as the Feedback and Insights Assistant, your duties will include:

<li>To conduct structured telephone calls to adults and their families, gathering their feedback on their recent interactions or the service(s) they received.</li>
<li>To monitor the feedback survey referral system, interpreting the appropriate customer information and logging the required customer referrals.</li>
<li>To plan and action customer phone calls, including inputting verbal and written feedback onto the survey system.</li>
<li>To collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to embed customer feedback into QA audits, reports, and improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>To use a variety of digital systems including Microsoft 365 applications and adult social care case management systems, to access customer information, organise customer communications and record feedback.</li>
<li>To identify areas for co-production and co-design within quality assurance workstreams both from ASC professionals and adults and their carers.</li>
<li>To keep records and produce regular written reports/briefing notes and case studies for the Principal Social Worker and Senior management meetings.</li>
<li>Able to interpret and analyse data and information which may be complex and sensitive to different audiences and use their professional judgment to assess potential issues and offer solutions to those issues.</li>

Our Living with Secondary Breast Cancer Salisbury group meet at 11am to 1pm, with a slightly longer group each quarter (11am to 1.30pm) when an expert speaker presents on a relevant topic.
Our groups are usually held in hospitality or community venues in the town or city centre.
Parking may or may not be available at the venue. If you would like to know the exact location of our current venue in a specific location please get in touch, although do be aware that venues are subject to change.
Pay: We offer flat fees for work undertaken delivering our services as listed below:

<li>£135 for facilitating a 2-hour group session</li>
<li>£155 for facilitating a quarterly 2.5-hour speaker session</li>

About the role
We’re currently looking for experienced facilitators with a counselling qualification (minimum Level 4 diploma) to deliver our Living with Secondary Breast Cancer (LWSBC) group in Salisbury.
Our LWSBC groups offer support and information to anyone living with a diagnosis of secondary (metastatic) breast cancer. The groups offer a safe space where people can come to talk freely and share experiences and mutual support with others who understand, away from friends and family. They’re not therapeutic support groups in the traditional sense but are delivered in accordance with our UK-Wide service model, developed and tested for over 10 years.
You’ll be responsible for facilitating the groups, drawing upon your therapeutic skills as required. Ensuring all attendees are given time to share and supported to take part in discussion, including around challenging topics affecting this patient group such as end of life. You’ll work independently in your region, with sole responsibility for facilitating each group, liaising with venue staff as required. You’ll act as an ambassador for Breast Cancer Now, promoting our charitable aims and building professional relationships with healthcare professionals who attend.
This is offered as a contract for services position and as such the appointed contractor would not be an employee of Breast Cancer Now but a self-employed individual. We require all contractors to adhere to and follow Breast Cancer Now applicable policies and procedures and to undertake some mandatory training in core subjects such as data protection and cyber security. A satisfactory criminal record check will be required.

You’ll have a counselling qualification and experience of facilitating groups, preferably ongoing support groups for people affected by cancer or a life-limiting long-term condition, or other vulnerable/sensitive group. You’ll be confident using your own initiative and dealing with unforeseen challenges when working alone and be able to travel to facilitate the group in person from your home address.

Location:&nbsp;Based in Catford in a well connected area near Bellingham, Catford, and Catford Bridge stations, with nearby bus stops. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at this location and some of our other sites.&nbsp;
Salary:&nbsp;£27,000
Shift Pattern:&nbsp;37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota which includes 3 to 4 night shifts a week between 20:00 - 08:30. There may be some flexibility required around these hours as per service requirements.
<h4>About the Role</h4>
We're looking for a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to cover the night shift in our service based in Lewisham which offers specialist intensive rehabilitation for people who require more enhanced interventions than that which is offered by commissioned community services. We support residents who live with us for up to nine months and have been discharged from acute wards to avoid admission into inpatient rehabilitation. We support our residents to step down into less supported accommodation to become more independent and integrated into the community.&nbsp;
In this role, you will ensure resident safety, wellbeing, and progress towards their recovery goals. You will support in creating an environment where they feel safe and empowered, and are building relationships with relevant partners and individuals key towards their journey. You will create support plans, plan and hold activities, and further support them to achieve greater independence. The night Shift plays a crucial role in continuing the high quality care provided during the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and responsive environment for residents. night staff are expected to remain awake, alert, and actively engaged throughout their shift. Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal for gross misconduct.
Some key responsibilities include:

About the role
Here for You is Breast Cancer Now’s personalised referral route to all of our services. Due to the demand, we’re looking for a bank of sessionals to help us &nbsp;continue to ensure patients get calls within service level agreements. And to provide timely and trusted information and support to people diagnosed with breast cancer. This involves responding to safeguarding issues, collecting data, and delivering excellent information on the phone.
You’ll be responsible for making initial calls and follow up calls to primary and metastatic breast cancer patients. The calls are either appointment based or callback list based.
As a sessional, you’ll be working the hours agreed in advance by your sessional manager and as required each week. Your hours may vary from week to week and are not guaranteed. You’re not required to accept the hours of work offered to you. All or any hours agreed can be withdrawn at any time. Your hours may cover between Monday to Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4 pm and and weekdays as well as evening work outside of normal office hours.
Any hours completed would need to be submitted on a monthly timesheet, authorised by the sessional manager. Payment will be made in arrears on the usual payday, for the hours completed in the previous month.
