We are looking to appoint a member of staff to support pupils with additional needs as part of our resource provision. Our resource provision is designated for pupils with moderate learning needs and complex needs.&nbsp; We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they can encourage children to develop, both academically and personally and overcome barriers to learning in a nurturing and calm environment.&nbsp;
