Job Introduction

ABOUT US

18 Tipton Road provides a safe, nurturing, caring and stimulating environment for young people aged between 8 and 18 years who have complex needs and may be experiencing a range of difficulties including physical, sensory and moderate to severe learning disabilities or complex, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

THE ROLE

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Salary: Grade 6

We are looking to appoint a Residential Childcare Worker who will, under the supervision of a senior member of staff, contribute to all aspects of the physical, emotional and personal care of the child(ren) so as to promote their welfare whilst working in partnership with their family and other professionals.

In the absence of a senior member of staff to be responsible for the home.
