Taking a person-centred approach, you'll provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help students improve their emotional and physical wellbeing. From promoting healthy choices to empowering students with the confidence and skills to overcome challenges, you will be part of a team that's passionate about making a positive difference every day.

Interviews will take place on Monday 3rd August.

What You Will Do
  • Support the delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives, projects, and events that promote positive physical and emotional wellbeing for students.
  • Provide information, advice, and one-to-one or group support, helping students access the right services and make informed, healthy choices.
  • Assist with managing wellbeing referrals and waiting lists, ensuring students receive timely and effective support.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate workshops, campaigns, and activities that encourage healthy lifestyles and improve student wellbeing.
  • Build knowledge of local support services, monitor the impact of interventions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of wellbeing provision.
About You
  • An interest in promoting health and wellbeing, with experience supporting or mentoring individuals in a community, education, or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, show empathy, and engage people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, with experience maintaining accurate records and planning or delivering workshops, activities, or awareness campaigns.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, use initiative, manage priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A collaborative approach, with a passion for working with colleagues, communities, and partner organisations to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Ideally hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent). If not already achieved, these will be completed as part of the apprenticeship
