About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Care Support Worker to provide dedicated and person‑centred support.

The role focuses on building a positive, trusting relationship and offering consistent support across all areas of daily life - from personal care and routines to activities, appointments, and time out in the community. This is a rewarding role for someone who values consistency, empathy, and making a genuine difference through meaningful day‑to‑day support.

We have both a Full Time (37.5 hours per week) and a Part Time (30 hours per week) Care Support Worker vacancy available.

  • Support emotional wellbeing and promote positive routines
  • Drive and support access to the community using a mobility vehicle
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
  • Complete accurate daily records and contribute to care reviews
  • Work in line with health, safety, and quality standards

What You’ll Need

  • A full, clean manual UK driving licence (essential)
  • Confidence driving a mobility vehicle
  • A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
  • Emotional resilience and the ability to remain positive during challenging moments
  • Good communication skills and a consistent, reliable working style
  • Respect for individuality, dignity, and personal choice
  • Ability to maintain accurate records

Experience & Qualifications
