  • Monitor delivery, carry out post-inspections, and sign off works
  • Keep residents informed and maintain strong communication throughout
  • Maintain accurate records and support legal processes
  • This is a specialist surveying role with dedicated administrative support. You'll be responsible for inspections, reports, repair specifications and contractor management, while our central admin team manages appointment scheduling and case administration on your behalf.

About you

  • Ideally RICS affiliated
  • Strong experience in disrepair within social housing
  • Knowledge of building defects, legislation, and construction standards

Why join us?

  • Flexible benefits (healthcare, dental, discounts)
  • 4x life assurance
  • Training and development opportunities
  • 2 paid volunteering days
  • Up to 10% matched pension

What to expect from our recruitment process

We’re committed to a fair, inclusive, and transparent recruitment process.

  • Held in person the on the 5 August at our Ealing Office

Please note

  • A Basic DBS is required for this role (which we will facilitate)
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

If you are a qualified and highly organised Building Surveyor with strong experience in legal disrepair, social housing, and delivering high‑quality technical services, we’d really like to hear from you.

Please apply by submitting an anonymised CV and a short supporting statement outlining your relevant disrepair experience, your technical strengths (report writing, inspections, and contractor management) and how you will help us deliver safe, well‑maintained homes and an excellent experience for our residents.
