    • Oversee the planning and coordination of delivery activity, ensuring effective resource allocation and proactive scheduling to meet organisational demand.
    • Support the implementation of statutory, mandatory and compliance learning, ensuring delivery quality, audit readiness and alignment to competence and conduct requirements.
    • Work closely with the Design & Systems team to ensure learning content and delivery are aligned, efficient and focused on improving colleague experience.
    • Deliver engaging skills, behavioural and performance-focused learning sessions where required, modelling excellent facilitation and delivery standards.
    • Build facilitation capability across the Learning Partnering & Delivery team, supporting consistent delivery standards and best practice.
    • Ensure NHG's values and expected behaviours are embedded throughout learning experiences and interactions.
    • Work with Talent & Performance Partners, HRBPs and leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritise targeted development interventions.
    • Use data, feedback, evaluation and workforce insights to improve learning outcomes, strengthen capability and drive continuous improvement.
