This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a successful team and to improve outcomes for children and families. We are looking for a motivated, organised and flexible individual to join our team and contribute to this developing service.

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements.

About the Role

The full time position in Boston but also covers the South Holland locality. Hours are worked flexibly over 5 days between the hours of 9.00am to 6.30pm to meet the needs of the Family Time Service. Some weekend working may be required, this is completed on a rota basis.

The Team

The Family Time Service in Lincolnshire is a county wide service. There are 4 Senior Family Time Workers, managed by a Practice Supervisor and Team Manager. Across the County there are 21 Family Time Workers, working across 8 centres, you will be line managed by the Senior for your locality.

About You

You will need to demonstrate a clear awareness of safeguarding children. An accurate report is completed after each session, therefore good recording and IT skills are essential.

A natural communicator, you should be able to work in partnership with parents and other professionals to promote and model good quality family time. A good understanding of child development, attachment, separation and risk management would be a distinct advantage, as there is a clear expectation that you will promote the best interests of the child.
