This is your chance to join a forward-thinking organisation that values collaboration and is committed to delivering high-quality support and better outcomes for the people we work with.

What makes the role unique? As a Team Manager you will oversee and get the best out of a locality team of social workers and care managers. Training and personal development opportunities will be available.

You will also be responsible for managing a delegated health and social care budget for the locality.

At Northumberland County Council, we take pride in our dedicated employees who are passionate about improving the lives of adults in our communities, ensuring they feel safe, healthy, happy, and independent.

What we are looking for:

· The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic skills to link the work of the team manager role to improve quality assurance standards.

If you feel inspired by this opportunity and want to make a difference, we invite you to join a progressive and innovative organisation that truly values its employees.
