Tenancy Support 2.1 The post holder will provide Intensive Housing Management services (on request and as directed by the Housing Officer) over and above what would usually be provided by a housing association to a tenant living in general needs housing, Tenancy Sustainment Policy refers.2.2 The post holder will ensure that appropriate records are maintained relating to services provided. 3. Scheme Safety and Repairs 3.1 The post holder will make daily ‘routine’ visual checks of all the communal areas ensuring the scheme is secure and hazard free. 3.2 The post holder will take appropriate action in the event of fire or other emergency in accordance with agreed policies and procedures 3.3 The post holder will arrange emergency repairs where appropriate to do so in accordance with current policy and procedure, logging those repairs which are not considered an emergency for future action. 4. We are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our repairs and maintenance team with good knowledge of day to day repairs and relevant experience of diagnosing and managing their delivery. Previous experience of working for a Local Authority or housing provider is not essential and you may have a trade background working for a Contractor delivering day to day repairs. Applicants must be enthusiastic, good communicators, display attention to detail and be keen to develop their building surveying skills. You will be based at any one of our Area Housing Offices working as part of a Repairs team. You will carry out a wide range of duties across our varied 15,000 housing stock, together with our asset portfolio of corporate operational, commercial and community assets including schools. You will predominantly be attending day to day repairs, updating stock data, evaluating and diagnosing what work is required, assessing the best options to carry out the work and issuing response repairs. Skills: You need to: 1. Be able to demonstrate sufficient relevant experience and knowledge of general day to day response repairs in a housing or commercial environment. 2. Here at North Kent College, we are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Dartford team as a Learning Support Practitioner (LSP). As an LSP, you’ll play a key role in supporting students to achieve their full potential in their chosen course on either a 1:1 basis or working with learners in small groups, across a variety of curriculum areas including English and Maths.
As part of the support you provide to these learners, you will be required to go on external visits and/or work placements where applicable. On occasion there may be a need for this role to support with pastoral support and personal care, full training will be provided as required. Other responsibilities will include ensuring the completion of administrative work, keeping records up to date and support the College with access arrangements for exams, including invigilation as required.

We are seeking a hard-working and dedicated School Cleaner to work in our small school. The role is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time, plus two weeks (20 hours across the school holidays).&nbsp; Normal working hours are 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
You will form part of a team, undertaking various cleaning duties throughout the school to ensure our children’s learning environment is always clean.
We would like you to have:
• Experience in cleaning duties and knowledge of best practices in cleaning
• Ability to work under own initiative&nbsp;
• Awareness of the importance of providing a quality service and satisfying the cleaning requirements of the school
• Awareness of importance of hygiene in the work place
• Reliability
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations as they relate to the operation of cleaning equipment and materials
• Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
• Understanding of the School’s ethos and values &nbsp;
• Understanding of school policies and be willing and able to work within these
• A ‘Can do attitude’

As Estates Officer, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of our Estates function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Willow Family Wellbeing Centre Nursery provides all year-round education &amp; care for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We have a vacancy for a nursery practitioner who is passionate about working with young children in an inclusive environment, and who has experience of supporting children with a range of additional needs.
The Post
The post will have a key group of children in one of the 4 rooms, the 0–2 year old room, the 2-3 year old room, the pre-school room or the Sunshine room within Willow Family-Wellbeing Nursery. The post will initially be based in our Sunshine Room, our provision for children with a diagnosis of Autism. You will have the opportunity to work with 12 amazing children, who are supported by highly trained and motivated staff. We are offer many opportunities for professional development.
This role will involve being a keyperson &amp; using observation to plan in order to offer high quality learning opportunities for all children.&nbsp;
You will be an effective member of staff working closely with a multi-professional team that includes speech &amp; language, physio &amp; occupational therapists, as well as social care, children centre &amp; Family Solutions teams supporting children.
