Job Title: Clerical Assistant (Primary) AAAD5050

This post is Grade 2, 20 hours per week, 8.30am –12:30pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year

Actual Salary: £11,564.75 per annum

This is a temporary position

Styal Primary School is a small school on the outskirts of Wilmslow. We are seeking to appoint a well organised and enthusiastic individual to join the school office. Hours of work are expected to be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12:30pm, term time only.

Applicants must be able to prioritise tasks, have good communication skills and work closely with the School Business Manager. Duties will include administering pupil attendance, including answering the telephone and face-to-face enquiries, maintain database records, receive goods and other items, school club administration and general clerical support for the school.

The appointment will be subject to enhanced level safeguarding procedures in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
