Job summary

Join our People Engagement and Culture team and play a key role in delivering engagement, recognition and culture initiatives across Service Delivery. You will lead the coordination of the Discretionary Recognition Scheme (DRS), ensuring processes run smoothly and stakeholders receive a high-quality service.

Working with People Champions and stakeholders across Service Delivery, you will support engagement activities, manage and improve SharePoint and digital content, develop guidance and training materials, and contribute to reporting and analysis. You will also help build capability across Service Delivery by providing practical support and training to colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, who is passionate about enhancing colleague experience and supporting an inclusive and engaged workplace culture.

Person specification

In this you will be doing the following:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Discretionary Recognition Scheme (DRS) for Service Delivery, ensuring activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in accordance with agreed processes and timescales.
  • Use judgement to manage enquiries, identify appropriate solutions and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders, escalating issues where required.
  • Analyse and maintain records, trackers and management information, identifying trends, risks or issues and bringing these to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with People Champions and wider stakeholders in Service Delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement activities, ensuring actions are tracked, progress is monitored and outcomes are delivered.
  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of engagement, recognition and cultural initiatives across Service Delivery.
  • Use your strong digital capability to support colleague engagement, enhancing relevant digital platforms, for example SharePoint so they are accessible, user-focused and help colleagues connect, share and engaging.
  • Develop guidance, learning materials and support resources that build capability and confidence across local networks.
  • Monitor progress against agreed actions and priorities, taking ownership for delivery and proactively managing competing demands.
