Asset Technical Officer
ASSET TECHNICAL OFFICER ROLE

An exciting opportunity to become an Asset Technical Officer has arisen at Greenhill Housing Association for the right person.
We are looking for someone keen to either start or develop their career in asset management.
Supporting the Director of Asset management you will be involved in a broad range of projects and tasks, from carrying out property inspections and writing reports/letters through to organising stock condition surveys.
Don’t worry if you don’t yet have professional qualifications – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Oh, and we will help train you and steer you in the right direction.
