Estates Contract Officer
Our Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Estate Services Officer to help us maintain safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods for our residents. In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting communal areas, identifying maintenance and health and safety issues, and ensuring that any required actions are carried out effectively. Working closely with residents, colleagues, contractors, and community representatives, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality estate services that support our commitment to creating thriving communities and providing an excellent resident experience.
What you'll do
As an Estate Services Officer, you will help ensure our estates remain safe, clean, and well maintained by carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and identifying any maintenance, cleanliness, or health and safety concerns. Working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams, you will coordinate the resolution of issues, carry out minor repairs where appropriate, and support improvements across our neighbourhoods.
You will provide a responsive and customer-focused service, attending estate walkabouts and resident meetings, addressing estate-related concerns, and helping to build positive relationships within our communities. You will also monitor estates for anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and tenancy breaches, reporting issues through the appropriate channels while helping to maintain welcoming and attractive places for our residents to live.
