The individual will be a key leader and ensure quality and precision with all maufacturing. As a member of our workshop leadership team, you'll set up, run and monitor CNC machinery for batch production of high-quality components, helping us fulfil our reputation for practical, cost-effective solutions and exceptional service. You will lead a team of staff ensuring H&S and meeting demands on production.

In this role you will:

Prepare CNC machines (Milling and Turning) for production runs — selecting tooling, setting feeds and speeds, and ensuring safe operation

Read, edit and write CNC programs, making adjustments as required to maintain accuracy and efficiency

Monitor machine performance, inspect parts during production, and work with quality checks to maintain tolerances

Troubleshoot machining problems, re-set or re-run as needed, minimising downtime

Collaborate with production planners, engineers, and quality teams to meet deadlines and maintain workflow

Uphold safety standards, maintain clean and orderly workstations, support continuous improvement

If you have proven experience in both milling and turning, solid programming capability, and take pride in producing parts to tight specifications, you'll thrive here.

A chance to make a difference by contributing to a business that delivers both quality products and social value.
